Wir suchen Nachmieter:innen für unsere schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, 1,5 Bäder (Toilette in sepraten Raum), eine Abstellnische und einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, es gibt ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradkeller. Wir würde die Wohnung gerne möbliert an unsere Nachmieter:innen übergeben.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, umgeben von mehreren Parks und es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Edeka 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Zur Universität und OTH braucht man ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bushaltestelle Ludwig-Erhard-Straße (Linie 7 und 8) liegt zwei Minuten entfernt.

Für alle Studierenden ein Hinweis: um Hauptmieter:in der Wohnung zu werden reicht eine Bürgschaft nicht aus. Bei uns musste ein Elternteil Hauptmieter werden. Falls ihr also Interesse habt, sollte das auf jeden Fall möglich sein.
