Ich vermiete meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung für insgesamt 3 Monate unter. Die Wohnung hat 44 qm plus Balkon zum Innenhof.
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Kleine offene Küche, Wohnraum mit Klavier und Esstisch. Zum Bett muss man eine kleine Leiter hoch klettern.
Da die Decke eher niedriger ist, als die Norm-Höhe, eher nichts für große Menschen. :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des "Haus der bayerischen Geschichte". Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nächste Bushaltestelle (Thundorferstr.) ca. 2 Gehminuten.

Da ich nur 3 Monate weg bin, bleiben meine Sachen soweit in der Wohnung - Möbel, paar Kleidungsstücke, etc. Aber natürlich mach ich dir Platz, damit du dich auch wie zu Hause fühlen kannst :)
Wäre super, wenn du dich in der Zeit um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest (sind nur 2).
Außerdem teile ich meine Waschmaschine mit einer anderen Hausbewohnerin. Wäre also super, wenn das auch über die drei Monate so weiterlaufen könnte. :)
