DETAILS OF THE APARTMENT:

- completely furnished (mostly new furniture)
- fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, smart TV, microwave, dishes, ...)
- Rent: 800 Euros WARM (including heating, water, garbage, gas, electricity, MiFi-internet (LTE-Sim Card), GEZ (TV tax)
- Deposit: 800 Euros
It is located in Renningen-Malmsheim. In 5-10 minutes by bike you can reach the Bosch Research Campus in Renningen. There is also a direct connection with S-Bahn (S6) to Stuttgart (Zuffenhausen, Feuerbach, Stuttgart-Nord, Hauptbahnhof, Stadtmitte, Feuersee, Schwabstraße). Also Böblingen and Sindelfingen can be reached quickly within 20 minutes by S-Bahn.
