we rent a small (39sqm) 2 room apartment for one person or a couple.

Also ideal for 2 students e.g. ERASMUS

Unfortunately the windows are in need of renovation and therefore the apartment is rented for a temporary period of 15 - 24 months, with the option to extend.

There is a fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.

In the large room there is a double bed, a simple desk with chair and a shelf.
In the small room there is a wardrobe, a couch, a dining table and several chairs.

You can decide what you need for the furnishings.

The apartment is rented warm including electricity! WLAN - extra cost

wir vermieten eine kleine (39qm) 2 Zimmer Wohnung für eine Person oder an ein Paar.

Ideal auch für 2 Studenten z.B. ERASMUS

Leider sind die Fenster renovierungsbedürftig und deswegen wird die Wohnung übergangsweise erstmal für 15 - 24 Monate befristet vermietet, mit der Option zu verlängern.

Es ist eine Einbauküche vorhanden incl. Geschirrspüler.
Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.

Im grossen Zimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett, einen einfachen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Regal.
Im kleinen Zimmer steht ein Schrank, eine Liege, ein Esstisch und mehrere Stühle.

Bei der Einrichtung kann man sich entscheiden was benötigt wird.
