Apartment exchange from Rostock to Schwerin Wohnungstausch von Rostock nach Schwerin

Search a similar apartment from 1. or 15. June in Schwerin and offer my apartment in Rostock. The apartment is super central and yet quiet. It may be that the cooperative still adjusts the rent. At the moment, there is still a gas heating in here (i currently pay 50 euros for the other costs), but the district is also connected to the district heating. In summer the garden is nicely cool and you can also use it. DIe kitchen actually needs to get out when extracting, but can also be taken over after consultation. The largest and brightest room is the living room with 20sqm. Kitchen, bathroom and hallway are rather small.

Suche eine ähnliche Wohnung ab 1. oder 15. Juni in Schwerin und biete dafür meine Wohnung in Rostock an. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Es kann sein, dass die Genossenschaft die Miete noch anpasst. Momentan ist hier noch eine Gasheizung drin (ich zahle momentan 50 Euro- bei den Sonstigen Kosten), das Viertel wird aber auch noch an die Fernwärme angeschlossen. Im Sommer ist der Garten schön kühl und man kann ihn auch mitbenutzen. DIe Küche muss bei Auszug eigentlich raus, kann aber nach Absprache auch übernommen werden. Das größte und hellste Zimmer ist das Wohnzimmer mit kanpp 20qm. Küche, Bad und Flur sind eher klein.
