My name is Abigail Tun, and I am currently seeking an apartment to rent in Rostock. I recently relocated to the area for work reasons, and I am looking for a comfortable and well-maintained space to call home.
As I have just moved, I am unable to provide the Schufa (request now) report or a certificate from my previous landlord at this time. However, I hope this will not be an issue. My employer has provided me with a letter confirming my stable income and employment status, which I would be happy to share.
I am a responsible and tidy tenant with a stable income, and I take great care in maintaining any place I live. If you have any available apartment that fit my criteria, I would love to hear from you. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response!
