You are still looking for a cozy and bright 2-room apartment in Saarbrücken? In direct city center location? Maybe with a large living room and still close to the city: near the conservatory, the theater or the HTW? Then you are exactly right with this ad! We rent from private a large, newly renovated apartment with a living room and a bedroom which are separated from each other. The apartment also has pleasant high ceilings and is available immediately.
In addition to the sleeping area, there is a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located on the 3rd Floor of the building and is also very bright. The rent is 400 euros. The additional costs depend on the number of people who want to move in. The additional costs are usually around 60-70 euros per person. Electricity is extra (here are about 30 euros to be set). The heating runs on district heating and is therefore cheaper compared to other types of heating.
The apartment is very bright and has a cozy bathroom. Both rooms are about 20 square meters. In the larger of the two rooms is the kitchen, so this room is very suitable as a living / dining room.
The advertised apartment is located a few meters (about 100m) from the HTW and there are numerous shops (such as Karstadt, pedestrian area, ...) in your immediate vicinity, all shops and the many restaurants in the city center are within 10 minutes Walk, alternatively by bike or just by bus.
The best for last: There are several stops in the immediate vicinity, from which you very fast to the pedestrian zone (about 10 minutes), to the HTW (2min), to the conservatory (about 8 minutes) to the university (about 22 min ), or to the main train station (about 10 minutes) can drive. Everything in a few minutes. Similarly, the train station (10 minutes) and the university are easy to reach.
10 meters from the house there is a bus stop, 100m further there is another bus stop with further connections.
Various shops (Aldi, Edeka, Netto ...) can also be reached in about 5 minutes walk.
