Looking for an Appartment

I am in search of an apartment suitable for both my wife and myself. We hail from Bangladesh. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Geoinformatics at the University of Salzburg. My wife is presently residing in Bangladesh but will join me by the end of this year. Therefore, I am actively seeking an apartment that meets the following criteria:

Size: The apartment must have a minimum area of 40 square meters.

Affordability: Given my status as a student, I am looking for an apartment with a monthly rent not exceeding 800 euros.
