Rental for 5 months (exchange students from Malaysia)

I am a tidy & easy-going person. I would like to make friends but i respect others' privacy. I am an exchange student from Malaysia who will be studying in Hochschule Schmalkalden for the winter semester. During my free time, I either spend time on my laptop or go out to shopping/bowling/snooker. I should be chosen because I have experience in renting houses as I have lived off-campus here in Malaysia for 2 years. I can also cook, clean and have great communication skills. I am looking for a flat or apartment that is partially or fully furnished.
