Ich, 26 suche eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung für mich. Ich bin Vollzeit berufstätig demnach nicht viel zu Hause und eine ruhige Mieterin. Es wäre schön, wenn es kein Problem wäre, dass hin und wieder ein Hund bei mir zu Gast ist (stundenweise). Wünschenswert wäre für mich auch ein Parkplatz. Da ich Raucherin bin wäre ein kleiner Balkon ganz nett, muss aber nicht sein, rauche dennoch nur draußen.
