Ein Freund und ich möchten eine WG gründe. Ich habe auch schon eine schöne Wohnung, die Freunde von mir schon als WG nutzten. Leider fehlen uns noch mindestens eine bis zwei Personen erst dann können wir sie uns leisten.
Zur meiner Person ich bin 24 Jahre alt und mache eine Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger in SN, ich bin ein Ruhiger typ was nicht heizt das ich nur in mein Zimmer bin.
Ich unternehme gerne Sachen und mag es Leute um mich zu haben deshalb auch eine WG.
Ich bin viel unterwegs mit Freunden meistens draußen
zu Wohnung sie ist eine 5 Zimmer Wohnung
- vier Zimmer je 20qm
- ein kleines Zimmer mit Balkon so 10qm (Raucher Zimmer)
- große Küche
- Bad und Toilette sind Getrennt
- die Wohnung kostet 900 euro mit Nebenkosten , Strom und Heizung die durch die Anzahl der Personen geteilt werden also so 225 bis 300 eruro pro Person
