Due to a trip abroad, I rent my beautiful furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Fürth (south, near main railway station) in August and September 2025. The apartment is in the attic, large, very bright and quiet, with parquet flooring and overall very nice and pleasant to live. It is fully furnished with fitted kitchen, bed, wardrobe, living room etc. The bathroom is a little narrow and has a bathtub. The bed is 140 cm wide and in the living room there is additionally a large sofa bed (180x190), so the apartment would also be suitable for a couple. Ideal is the location, you are in just a 5 minute walk at the Fürth Main Station and in a further 8 minutes in Erlangen (with the RB) or Nuremberg. Warm rental is a flat rate of 800 EUR per month (incl. Internet and all additional costs). It can only be rented both months in the package (!). The deposit is half a month's rent (400 EUR). Aufgrund einer Auslandsreise vermiete ich meine schöne möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Fürth (Süd, Nähe Hauptbahnhof) im August und September 2025 unter. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, groß, sehr hell und ruhig, mit Parkettboden und insgesamt sehr schön und angenehm zu bewohnen. Sie ist komplett möbliert mit Einbauküche, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Wohnzimmer etc. Das Bad ist etwas schmal und hat eine Badewanne. Das Bett ist 140 cm breit und im Wohnzimmer gibt es zusätzlich eine große Schlafcouch (180x190), die Wohnung wäre also auch für ein Paar geeignet. Ideal ist die Lage, man ist in knapp 5 Fußminuten am Hauptbahnhof Fürth und in weiteren 8 Minuten in Erlangen (mit der RB) oder Nürnberg. Die Warmmiete beträgt pauschal 800 EUR pro Monat (inkl. Internet und alle Nebenkosten). Es können nur beide Monate im Paket gemietet werden (!). Die Kaution beträgt eine halbe Monatsmiete (400 EUR). Ich freue mich auf Eure Nachfragen.
