It is actually a 3 room apartment, but 2 rooms (bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen) are available. There is also room in the basement. The apartment is fully furnished (kitchen, TV, wardrobe, dining table, bed, etc.) All costs are included in the rental price: internet, electricity, etc.

Kehrwoche must be done!

Es handelt sich eigentlich um eine 3 Zimmerwohnung, jedoch sind 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche) nutzbar. Es gibt auch Platz im Keller. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (Küchenutensilien, Fernseher, Kleiderschrank, Esstisch, Bett, etc.) Es sind alle Kosten im Mietpreis enthalten: Internet, Strom, etc.

Kehrwoche muss gemacht werden!

Es handelt sich um ein altes Haus, kein Neubau.
