It is a bright and tastefully furnished 2-room attic apartment (including air conditioning) (1.OG) (about 45 m ²) in the middle of Botnang. Best shopping (including supermarket (Lidl and Edeka), baker, butcher's shop, weekly market, public transport (U2 (12 minutes to the city centre), bus 91 Feuerbach / Sindelfingen) and the beautiful Botnanger forest are just a 5-minute walk away. Our house is also very conveniently located (Stuttgart city centre, Feuerbach, B 27, B14, A81, A8 and University Vaihingen).

COSTS
The monthly rent of €800,00 includes the total additional costs for one person (including Internet, GEZ, waste charges, etc.).

EQUIPMENT
The living area is furnished with a sofa, a side board, flat TV (not the one on the pictures but an older model), a dining table, a desk, a shelf and 2 commoden with a lot of storage space. For the summer months there is also a functional air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living area including Microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a private washing machine in the apartment. The bathroom with natural light has a bathtub. In the bedroom there is a bed (1.60 m X 2.00 m), shelf and wardrobe.

Not included: bookshelf, TV on the pictures (older TV included)

Supermarkt (Lidl und Edeka), Bäcker, Metzgerei, Wochenmarkt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U2 (12 Minuten zur Stadtmitte), Bus 91 Feuerbach/ Sindelfingen) sowie der schöne Botnanger Wald sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Unser Haus ist zudem auch sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen (Stuttgarter-Innenstadt, Feuerbach, B 27, B14, A81, A8 und Universität-Vaihingen).

KOSTEN

AUSSTATTUNG
Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Sofa, einem Side-Board, mit Flat-TV (Nicht den auf den Bildern sondern ein älteres Modell), einem Esstisch, einem Schreibtisch, Regal und 2 Kommoden mit viel Stauraum eingerichtet. Für die Sommermonate gibt es auch eine funktionstüchtige Klimaanlage.
Die in den Wohnbereich integrierte Einbauküche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Es gibt eine eigene Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Das Badezimmer mit Tageslicht verfügt über eine Badewanne. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bett (1,60 m X 2,00 m), Regal und Kleiderschrank.
