The apartment is small (around 40m2) but its location is perfect, at one side only 3 blocks from the Rathaus station, and on the other side also 3 blocks from the Olgaeck station and 10 minutes walk to Schlossplatz.
In addition, there is a Rewe just one block away, a Lidl two blocks away and an Edeka three blocks away, in addition to many other venues and restaurants.
The apartment is fully furnished, has a kitchen with crockery included, has a room with its bed and closet, a bathroom and a dining room with table, chairs, armchair and even a flat TV (among other things).
Due to the location of the apartment and everything that it includes, the rent is not cheap (1080 euros per month) but this includes electricity, hot water, heating and even cleaning service every 2 weeks. You also have 1 place available in the garage, but you must pay I think 80 euros additionaly monthly, but it is optional.
