Pleasant surroundings (5 party house) 3 days with beautiful views to nature, yet very traffic close with very high recreational value in field & forest near 300m (for jogging, cycling and swimming (halle bath in OT Sonnenberg, ca.1km...)
Best tram connection to Stuttgart in 15min, without changeover.
Shops (e.g. Kaufland) are within walking distance and within a few minutes.
The living room has a coffee table, sofa (extractable, emergency bed), a wardrobe wall and a TV and a stereo system. In the dining area, open towards the living room, there is a table with chairs and a shelf.

In the bedroom there is a double bed, a large fitted wardrobe and a wall shelf. The fitted kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped.
The bathroom with bathtub and shower has a washing machine and everything necessary from the hairdryer to the ironing board...
Internet connection is available (W-Lan, Flatrate)
The tenant has two cellar rooms with two bicycles and a hobby workshop.

The one-time final cleaning is 100 euros. In the rent indicated, the additional costs and a discount payment for electricity, gas and water of 200,00 Euro are already included. (use for one person)
Transport:
4 minutes walk to the Möhringen S-Bahn stop with optimal connection to the Stuttgart city centre/main railway station and other city railway lines to the Stuttgarter outskirts. Parking is available in front of the house.
