A well-cut, partly furnished apartment for free development is rented. The highlight is the open living room, dining room with a spacious balcony across the whole apartment width.
The apartment was completely renovated and modern in 2019 (new bathroom, kitchen, window,...). The kitchen already has a refrigerator, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. If you need anything else, you'll find a solution.
Heating and house master service are already included in the additional costs.

The apartment is located in Stuttgart - car. The train stop is directly opposite the house. The train takes about 20 minutes to get to the main station or to the Ostendplatz.
Shopping like Lidl can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes on foot.

If you don't want to look at the sunset on the balcony, you can relax a little walk to the tomb chapel.

Vermietet wird eine gut geschnittene teilmöblierte Wohnung zur freien Entfaltung. Das Highlight ist das offene Wohn-, Esszimmer mit großzügigem Balkon über die ganze Wohnungsbreite.
Die Wohnung wurde 2019 komplett saniert und modern ausgestattet (neues Bad, Küche, Fenster, …). In der Küche finden sich bereits Kühlschrank, Spühl- und Kaffeemaschine. Falls Ihnen noch etwas fehlen sollte, findet sich auch eine Lösung.
Heizkosten und Hausmeisterservice sind bereits in den Nebenkosten inbegriffen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stuttgart - Wagen. Die Bahnhaltestelle ist direkt gegenüber des Hauses. Zum Hauptbahnhof oder zum Ostendplatz braucht man mit der Bahn ca. 20 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl sind in maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wenn man keine Lust hat sich den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon anzuschauen, kann man entspannt einen kleinen Spaziergang zur Grabkapelle machen.
