The bathroom is small and consists of shower and sink, the toilet is separate. The apartment has a small (1m x 3m) glazed balcony. In the basement there is a basement section about 2m * 3m. It is the EC of a two-family house. Good connection to public transport (S-Bahn, city railway, bus) and shopping nearby (Aldi, Lidl, REWE, beverage market, book and game). From here you are quickly in the green, for example on the birch head, ideal for joggers or mountain bikers. The apartment is not suitable because of its basic plan as you get into the bedroom only through the bathroom or through the dining room and living and dining rooms are connected by a vibrating door. Es handelt sich um das EG eines Zweifamilienhauses. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ( S-Bahnen , Stadtbahn, Bus) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ( Aldi, Lidl, REWE, Getränkemarkt, Buch und Spiel). Von hier aus ist man schnell im Grünen z.B. auf dem Birkenkopf, ideal für Jogger oder Mountainbiker. Die Wohnung ist wegen ihres Grundrisses nicht WG geeignet da man ins Schlafzimmer nur durch das Bad oder durch das Eßzimmer gelangt und Wohn- und Eßzimmer durch eine Schwingtür miteinander verbunden sind. Parken auf der Straße mit Anliegerparkausweis möglich. Keine Gartenmitbenutzung, allerdings finden Gartenliebhaber Schrebergärten nicht weit von hier.
