Es sind zwei Räume sowie ein großer Eingangsbereich mit Bar, sowie ausgestatteter Küche und Bad (die persönlichen Dinge, die auf den Bildern sichtbar sind, sind entfernt). Es gibt einen kleinen aber feinen Balkon. Preis all inklusive (mit Nebenkosten und Internet, TV). Die Wohnung liegt optimal gelegen in 2 min zu Fuss zu jeweils Ubahn (8 min Fahrt bis Rotebühlplatz) und Supermarkt
Befristung für zunächst 6 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung.
