Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stuttgart Umland (Winnenden) mit sehr guter S-Bahn Anbindung, welche Sie in ca 8 Gehminuten erreichen. In bereits 15 Minuten befindet man sich in Stuttgart Sommerrain und in 18 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Werktags fahren den größten Teil des Tages 6 Bahnen pro Stunde.
Eine Waschmaschine sowie Haushaltsgegenstände wie Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett können genutzt werden.
