Hello,

I'm looking for a rental agent for my "2 room wg room" in Zuffenhausen.
The Wg is in an old building apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment is well equipped with everything (new plate sets, new knife set, smoothie maker, washing machine in the kitchen, etc.)
The "2 bedroom Wi-Fi room" consists of a living room and a sleeping area and is not separated by a door (so I rent the 2 rooms together), is furnished and the furniture(+TV and Apple TV) also remain in it all. But you can buy something else and either leave or take it to the next resident - it's your space.

is also released at a similar time and gives you the opportunity to move in together and/or try the WG life for at least 8 months-1.5 years.

- Metro stop 'Hohensteinstraẞe directly around the corner (1 min walk). There are 2 tracks: U7 and U15.
You are in 10 minutes at the main station and in 11 at the Schlossplatz. The bus line 52 also drives there.
- S-Bahn stop "Zuffenhausen" with S4,5.6 (direction downtown or Weil der Stadt, Kornwestheim, Ludwigsburg and Bietigheim) 5-10 min walk

- new Alnatura just a few minutes away from the apartment, otherwise 2 Rewe-Fillials, each 5-10 min walk
- 10 min to the interior of Zuffenhausen's "centre", where you can find everything possible on food shops, banks etc.
- Doctor's house right around the corner
- the "original" Triple B Burger Shop 5 min walk away

- Porsche factory, the Bosch plant and the company Mahle is also directly around the corner.

It is important to me that a relaxed Wg life is guaranteed and the apartment is kept clean and you are careful about things in the apartment, because I also retire and partly bought the things again :)

I hope you'll organize well so you'll get together well for the 9 months.
