Art teacher looking for friendly apartment! Kunstlehrerin sucht freundliche Wohnung!

Since my old apartment is replaced for sale, I'm looking for a new stay in Stuttgart.

I am Lisa Moll - 34 years old - have studied art and history and have now been teaching these subjects for 5 years at the High School in Marbach (beamed teacher, unlimited). Otherwise, I act as a freelance artist, musician or lecturer at the Academy of Arts - for small stage performances, Chansons write on the piano or guitar... I think you can call me an uncomplicated, yet responsible and thoughtful renter. I'm a non-smoker, I don't have animals, for that my pleasure in a lovingly furnished apartment and the possibility to grab air outside to read a book. I like cycling, often to work in Marbach.

I could basically imagine living alone or living with 1-2 roommates. I am happy about offers! There is a positive probation.

My rental contract expires at 30.6.2025 - until then until I have flexible access.

Da meine alte Wohnung leider wegen Verkauf aufgelöst wird, suche ich nach einer neuen Bleibe in Stuttgart.

Ich bin Lisa Moll - 34 Jahre alt - habe Kunst und Geschichte studiert und unterrichte jetzt diese Fächer seit 5 Jahren am Gymnasium in Marbach (verbeamtete Lehrerin, unbefristet). Ich denke man kann mich als unkomplizierte, doch auch verantwortungsvolle und rücksichtsvolle Mieterin bezeichnen. Ich bin Nichtraucherin, habe keine Tiere, dafür meine Freude an einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung und der Möglichkeit draußen Luft zu schnappen, um ein Buch zu lesen. Ich fahre gerne Fahrrad, oft auch zur Arbeit nach Marbach.

Ich könnte es mir grundsätzlich vorstellen eine Wohnung allein, oder aber mit 1-2 Mitbewohner/innen zu bewohnen. Über Angebote freue ich mich! Eine positive Schufaauskunft liegt vor.

Mein Mietvertrag läuft zum 30.6.2025 aus - bis dahin bis ich flexibel mit dem Einzug.
