My name is Xenia, I am 26 years old and I am looking for a quiet and comfortable apartment in Stuttgart.

I completed my training in office management in January 2024 and since February I have had an uninterrupted full-time job in Stuttgart City Centre.
I'm non-smoking, I don't have pets, I don't play instruments and I place great emphasis on a proper environment.

The apartment should have a relatively large modern kitchen as I like and often cook & bake. An EBK included in the rent is a must.
As far as the situation is concerned, it is important for me to have a good connection to the city centre and that shops of daily life (at least a supermarket) are easily accessible on foot.

I can move in from 1 / 01 / 3.

Ich heiße Xenia, bin 26 Jahre alt und bin auf der Suche nach einer ruhigen und gemütlichen Wohnung in Stuttgart.

Ich habe im Januar 2024 meine Ausbildung zur Kauffrau für Büromanagement abgeschlossen und habe seit Februar einen unbefristeten Vollzeitjob in Stuttgart Stadtmitte.
Ich bin Nichtraucherin, habe keine Haustiere, spiele keine Instrumente und lege großen Wert auf ein ordentliches Umfeld.

Die Wohnung sollte eine relativ große moderne Küche haben, da ich gerne und oft koche & backe. Eine in der Miete inkludierte EBK ist ein Muss.
Was die Lage angeht, ist mir eine gute Anbindung zur Stadtmitte wichtig und dass Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens (zumindest ein Supermarkt) gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Ich kann ab dem 01.03. einziehen.
