Long term 2-3 rooms rental

Hello dear landlord,

My name is Markus. I am 45 years old, single and non-smoker. I am an engineer and team leader in permanent position at Bosch in research, handcrafted, with a secure net income > 3700€ / month.
My current apartment, which I live with my good Stubenkatze Amy, was announced for my own needs. She should be allowed to move in.

I'm looking for an apartment for long-term use in "Kessellage", i.e. West, East, South, Mitte, Bad Canstatt.
Depending on the cut of the apartment 2-3 rooms, 60-80 sqm.
Balcony and existing fitted kitchen would be great. The start of rental is possible from February, but ideally 1.3. or 1.4.

I am a calm and encircling person, and I would also be delighted to have a pleasant house community.

All proofs, security deposit etc. I can of course provide and also like to initiate contact with the current landlord or fulfill other proofs.

I'm flexible for a viewing date.
