It is an attic apartment and is located on the fourth floor so the apartment is also bright and has a beautiful view.
The apartment has three rooms. So far, two of these rooms have been used as a bedroom and one as a living room. So far, the apartment was a two WG. In addition to the apartment there is also a small backyard that can be used together with the other residents.
A basement compartment is also available.
The apartment was taken over unfurnished and now furnished. Since I no longer need many of the furniture I can be bought. These include, for example, a sofa, a bed, a dresser, a closet and a table in the living room, a desk, a bathroom furniture. This also applies to the washing machine and the refrigerator, which were also bought by me.
The apartment is available from March.

Die Wohnung liegt in Stuttgart Süd in der Finkenstraße in Heslach. Insgesamt hat sie 65,5 Quadratmeter. Kalt kostet die Wohnung 790€ dazu kommen dann noch 125€ Nebenkosten.
Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung und liegt im vierten Stock dadurch ist die Wohnung auch hell und hat einen schönen Ausblick.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer. Bis jetzt wurden zwei dieser Zimmer als Schlafzimmer genutzt und ein Zimmer als Wohnzimmer. Bis jetzt war die Wohnung eine zweier WG. Neben der Wohnung gibt es auch einen kleinen Hinterhof der gemeinschaftlich mit den anderen Anwohnern genutzt werden kann.
Außerdem steht ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung wurde unmöbliert übernommen und jetzt eingerichtet. Da ich viele der Möbel nicht mehr brauche können ich diese abgekauft werden. Dazu gehören z.b. Sofa, ein Bett, Kommoden, Schrank und Tisch im Wohnzimmer, Schreibtisch, Einrichtung im Badezimmer. Das gilt auch für die Waschmaschine und den Kühlschrank, welche ebenfalls von mir gekauft wurden.
Die Wohnung ist ab März verfügbar.
In der Wohnung ist eine Gasheizung.
