Quiet but central location with very good ÖNV connection, approx. 3-5 minutes walk to various supermarkets and bakers, restaurants and bars and about 10 minutes walk to the city centre.

The stylishly furnished bedroom with large double bed (on request incl. Bedclothes, pillows and bed linen) offers a magnificent view over Stuttgart.

The spacious living room offers plenty of space on the large couch (also extendable to the sofa bed) and is equipped with TV (incl. cable connection) plenty of storage space and Balinese wine rack.

The bright and fully equipped kitchen with sink and washing machine can accommodate up to 6 people at the dining table and includes coffee machine, kettle, stand mixer, dishes, pots, other kitchen utensils etc.

The small balcony adjacent to the kitchen, from which you can see the sunset over Stuttgart, invites you to relax in the summer and even offers space for a small herbal garden.

The workroom offers a large closet with plenty of storage space and a desk that is well suited for home office. Internet (WLAN) and telephone (fixed network free of charge) are included in the additional costs. This room can also be used as a second bedroom, so you can also live well as a 2nd WG in the apartment.
