Das Appartment ist vollmöbiliert (Außer Matratze). Das steht 2 Bedzimmer, ein Balkon, und eine Eingangszimmer, die Küchen und Badezimmer ist.
Der Vertrag ist bis ende September gültig und kann verlängert werden.
Die Mietkosten verfügen über einen Internet-Anschluss, sowie über einen Kabelanschluss.
Die Waschmachine und Trockner steht im Keller.
Wir verkaufen auch unsere Kochutensilien, Matratzen, etc für gunstiger Preis.
Wichtig: das Apartment kann nur an Studierende mit gültiger Immatrikulation vermietet werden!

Hallo,
We are looking for new tenants for our 2-room apartments in the "Tarförster Höhe" student residence.
The apartment is fully furnished (except for the mattress). There are 2 bedrooms, a balcony, and an connecting room that is kitchen and bathroom.
The contract is valid until end of September and can be extended.
The rental costs include an Internet connection and a cable connection.
The washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
We also sell our cooking utensils, mattresses, etc for affordable prices.
Important: the apartment can only be rented to students with valid enrollment!
Die Universität und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, DM) sind in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich wenige Meter vom Hauseingang entfernt (ca. 15 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt).

The university and various shops (Edeka, Aldi, DM) can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There is a bus stop a few meters from the house entrance (approx. 15 minutes to the city center).
