Quiet location on the outskirts, a dream for Jogger, in 20 mins at HB, two supermarkets around the corner.

Ruhige Lage am Stadtrand, ein Traum für Jogger, in 20 Mins am HB, zwei Supermärkte ums Eck.

From 22.04. to the end of May/June/July (times are flexible depending on the arrangement).

Clean, trustworthy and respectful person(s) preferred with payment without stress.
I am grateful if anyone who could shoot the plants on the balcony 1-2 times a week, please (do not look at the online photos).
My apartment is artistically creative with style and beautiful plants, very secret.
Cleanliness and order in kitchen like bathroom are important.
PSA is mandatory (no stress, but any ice can always happen).
No pets allowed.

About 10-20 % of the time I may be on site in the small 3rd room.
I'm nice-open-encompassing, working as SW engineer or meanwhile "KI specialist" at a startup (usually remote home office).

Saubere, vertrauenswürdige und respektvolle Person(en) mit Zahlungskraft ohne Stress bevorzugt.
Bin dann dankbar, wenn wer vor allem die Pflanzen am Balkon 1-2 Mal die Woche kurz giessen könnte, bitte (sieht man auf den online Fotos nicht).
Meine Wohnung ist künstlerisch kreativ mit Stil und schönen Pflanzen, sehr heimlich.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung in Küche wie Bad sind wichtig.
Haftfplicht ist Pflicht (kein Stress, aber irgendein Scheiss kann immer passieren).
Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Zu ca 10-20 % der Zeit bin ich evtl kurz vor Ort im kleinen 3. Zimmer.
