Ich bin eine 26 Jahre alte Studienreferendarin und suche eine gemütliche Wohnung in Tübingen (Bahnhofsnähe wäre fantastisch!). Es wäre toll, wenn die Wohnung einen kleinen Balkon o.Ä. und eine EBK hat (und wenn sie vielleicht nicht gleich die Augen vom Kopf kostet).
Ich habe keine Haustiere, bin auch sonst sehr pflegeleicht und freue mich über jede Antwort!
