Hallo, ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung (mind. 2 Zimmer und größer 45 qm).
Ein Balkon/ Terasse oder Gartenanteil, sowie PKW-Stellplatz oder Garage wäre optimal.
Ich bin NR, alleinstehend, habe keine Haustiere und arbeite bald bei einem Medizintechnik-Unternehmen in Tuttlingen in der IT-Abteilung (unbefristeter Vertrag, daher gesichertes Einkommen).
Ich bin ruhig und ordentlich, Kehrwoche etc. ist kein Problem.
