The WG is only rented at the police college to be trained.

On the ground floor of the front house there are already 3 colleagues here since April 2025.

The rooms are located on different levels, are fully equipped, bright and warm.

Fast internet via Wi-Fi and a TV-Sat connection in each room are available.

The room prices are as follows: DG1 + DG2 each 350 € - DG3 + DG4 each 390 € + DG5 at 480 €.
All additional costs are included in the room price - gas - water - electricity - internet - garbage

The kitchen has space and has the usual basics.

There are 2 complete bathrooms with windows......no bottleneck in the morning.

Good parking facilities around the corner and for wheels there is a lockable backyard.

Washing machine and dryer stand in the basement and can be used for small money

Die WG wird nur an auszubildende der Polizeihochschule vermietet.

Im Erdgeschoss des Vorderhauses befinden sich seit April 2025 schon 3 Kollegen die ebenfalls zur Ausbildung hier sind.

Die Zimmer befinden sich auf verschiedenen Ebenen, sind voll ausgestattet, hell und warm.

Schnelles Internet per LAN und WLAN sowie ein TV-Sat Anschluss in jedem Zimmer sind vorhanden.

Die Zimmerpreise stellen sich wie folgt zusammen: DG1 + DG2 jeweils 350 € - DG3 + DG4 jeweils 390 € + DG5 bei 480 €.
Sämtliche Nebenkosten sind im Zimmerpreis enthalten - Gas - Wasser - Strom - Internet - Müll

Die Wohnküche bietet Platz und hat die üblichen Basics.

Es gibt 2 komplette Bäder mit Fenster ......kein Engpass am Morgen.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten um die Ecke und für Räder gibt es einen abschließbaren Hinterhof.

Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Keller und können für kleines Geld mitbenutzt werden
