The kitchen has the usual basics and a balcony to the backyard.

Parking spaces for cars on the farm or around the corner and for wheels there is a lockable backyard.

Washing machine and dryer stand in the basement and can be used for small money

There is also a 5 WG in the house with 2 bathrooms, which is still available for the same period.

Bad, Küche und Flur sind vor Kurzem neu renoviert worden.

Super schnelles Internet sowie ein TV-Sat Anschluss in jedem Zimmer sind vorhanden.

Die Zimmerpreise OG1 390 € - OG2 390 €- OG3 380 € sind incl. aller Nebenkosten - Gas - Wasser - Strom - Internet - Müll

Die Küche hat die üblichen Basics und einen Balkon zum Hinterhof.

Bad mit Dusche, WC mit ordentliches Licht und ein guter Abzug gehören auch dazu.

Stellplätze für Autos auf dem Hof oder um die Ecke und für Räder gibt es einen abschließbaren Hinterhof.

Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Keller und können für kleines Geld mitbenutzt werden

Es gibt im Haus auch noch eine 5er WG mit 2 Bädern die für den gleichen Zeitraum noch zur Verfügung steht.
