Wohnung ist Wohnung z.T. möbliert (von Vormieter zurückgelassen) . . . alles weitere nach Besichtigung . . . Das 2. OG hat bereits eine Dachschräge - und kann also gemütlich eingerichtet werden . . . leider kein Balkon (ist aber schon in Planung) . . .
Walheim ist eine sehr ländliche Gemeinde im nördlichen Teil des Landkreises Ludwigsburg.
Die Beznerstraße befindet sich in der Dorfmitte von Walheim . . . gegenüber ist der Kindergarten . . . im Erdgeschoss ist eine (in ehrenamtlicher Selbstverwaltung durch Verein) Bier-/Weinbar . . . also viele Möglichkeiten . . .
Obwohl Walheim einen Bahnhof hat und ca. alle 1/2 Stunde ein Zug in Richtung Stuttgart und Heilbronn fährt, ist hier ein Auto von Vorteil (z.B. zum Lebensmittel-Einkaufen).
