ich vermiete zum Juni/ Juli 2018 bis September 2019 meine wunderschöne große Wohnung in Wardenburg unter.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 80m² groß und befindet sich in einem 2-Parteienhaus im OG. Sie ist sehr hell und frisch renoviert. Es gibt eine große gemütliche Wohnküche (30m²) mit einem großen Balkon davor, der ab mittags im Sommer Sonne bietet bis in den späten Abend (Richtung Westen). Das Schlafzimmer ist ca. 12m² groß. Das Dusch-Bad ist mit Fenster und Lüfter ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, ob das Schlafzimmer möbliert sein wird, ist verhandelbar. Ich möchte die Wohnung als Teilzeit-WG vermieten. Ich werde hauptsächlich an den Wochenenden da sein, da ich in der Woche in Göttingen arbeite.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten (Wasser, Strom, Internet, etc.).

Das Haus steht sehr ruhig gelegen in einer 30er Zone. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar (Combi, Aldi, Lidl, Netto & Co.). 100m weiter steht man im Grünen. Stellplätze für Autos befinden sich an der Straße vor dem Haus. Die Autobahn in Richtung OL/OS ist 5km entfernt. Oldenburg ist ca. 12 km entfernt.
