Es gibt einen zur Wohnung gehörenden Keller und einen sep. Fahrradkeller. Das Auszugstermin ist Pfingsten, wäre aber auch eventuell nach absprache eher möglich. Die Miete ist Verhandlungssache, ebenso wie die Nebenkosten!
