Die Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock in einer ruhigen Gasse. Sie eignet sich perfekt als WG, weil man 3 getrennt begehbare, recht große (17-21 m2) Zimmer zur Verfügung hat. WC und Bad sind getrennt. Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank & Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Ebenso kann ein Großteil der Möbel übernommen werden: 2 Zimmer komplett möbliert (Bett, Kasten, Couch, Schreibtisch), in einem braucht man ein neues Bett.
Die U3-Station Rochusgasse ist gleich ums Eck, dadurch ist man sofort in der Innenstadt bzw. auch sonst sehr schnell an den meisten Orten. Auch die U4-Station Wien Mitte ist in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind natürlich auch in Gehweite zu finden, ebenso wie einige Lokale. Wer gerne laufen oder spazieren geht, hat es nicht weit zum Prater.
Eine gewisse Fitness ist vonnöten, da die Wohnung im 4.Stock liegt und es keinen Lift gibt.
