My wife and I are planning to move out of Vienna and so we would like to pass on our apartment to a new tenant. We have been living here for around 2 and a half years with no issues. It is centrally located in the 3rd district and very suitable for couples with only one bedroom. We are leaving the apartment furnished since we cannot afford to take it with us. Besides the bedroom there is a living room/kitchen (Wohnküche), both are generously spacious. It would be best for the new tenant to move in March 2025.

The apartment is close to the 74a Bus (3 minute walk), U3 Kardinal Nagl Platz (8 minute walk), Rennweg Bahnhof/St. Marx (10 minute walk), and the 71 tram (5 minute walk). Since you have easy access to the U3, you can quickly reach Wien Mitte, Stephansplatz, Mariahilfestrasse, etc. It is adjacent to the Landstrasse Hauptstrasse without being bothered by the sounds of traffic and cars passing by.

The apartment comes fully furnished which would be handed off to the new tenant after an agreement to purchase it from us, the total price will be negotiable (I would start off with 2000 euros).
