The apartment has a living room, a small bedroom and a medium-sized bedroom. We currently live as a couple inside, so have the small as a bedroom and the medium size as an office/music room. The windows are facing west, so the sun shines in the afternoon/night. You look right at the belt, but on the third floor and very good windows, so you don't hear from the street. We have some plants that would all be pouring one/two weeks during the sub-rent.
We are right at Alser Straße, there is the station U6 Alser Straße in 3min walk. Tram 43/44 is also 3min away, with which you drive not completely 10min to the Uni/Schottentor. The AKH is within 10 minutes. Otherwise there are many bars along the belt.
We have to stay in Berlin before April 1st to September 30th and look for an apartment for exchange for this time.
