Hallo alle, da ich leider aus meiner großen wunderschönen Wohnung ausziehe, bin auf der Suche nach einem/r NachmieterIn.
Die Wohnung ist 90 qm groß und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einer getrennten Küche. Das Badezimmer und das WC sind getrennt.
Sie befindet sich im 11ten bizirk, 5 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. eine Straßenbahnstation vom Bahnhof simmering entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinien11 und 71 ist vor der Tür.
Aktuell beträgt die Kaltmiete 900 Euro und wird voraussichtlich so blieben.
Die Kaution sind 3 Bruttomonatsmieten.
Die Hausverwaltung fordert einen einkomensnachweis.
Einige Möbel von mir bleiben in der Wohnung, daher wird eine kleine Ablöse nach Vereinbarung verlangt.
