The Längenfeldgasse subway station is located directly in front of the apartment which endures you a perfect connection to anywhere in the city. Lines U4 and U6 are crossing in this station which ensures perfect connection anywhere in the city. Grocery stores and other amenities (Spar, Billa, DM, Bipa, Penny, pharmacy, etc.) are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Downsides: 3rd floor without an elevator and the windows are street-facing (except for the bedroom)
More pros: super nice neighbors, non-smoking apartment. Shared use of the basement storage room is possible, and there’s a bike storage area in the courtyard.
