The kitchen is fully equipped and bed, linen and towers will be provided. The apartment is located in a quiet street, has traditional high walls, and a parquet floor. The University of Vienna (tram 44, 20min), Medical University of Vienna and Vienna General Hospital (tram 44, 25 min) and the Technical University of Vienna (tram 2, 30 min) can be considered directly with the trains that are located 2 min (tram 44) and 5 min (tram 2) from the apartment, respectively. In general the location is well-connected with the metro U3, trams 2, 9, 44, 46 and buses 10A, 48A all being away 1-6 minutes per foot.

Die Wohnung ist 75m² groß und verfügt über 3 Zimmer (zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Abstellraum, separates WC und Bad, einen Balkon, sowie einen Abstellraum im Keller). Die Wohnanlage verfügt über einen Aufzug und einen Fahrradabstellplatz. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (z.B. Betten, Schränke, Sofa, Esstisch, Couchtisch, Schränke, Töpfe, Pfannen, ...) und verfügt über Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und Wasserkocher. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, hat traditionelle hohe Wände und einen Parkettboden.
