Wir suchen für unsere Wohnung im 17. Bezirk ZwischenmieterInnen für den Zeitraum 1. Mai bis 10. Juli 2025 . Kürzere Zeiträume sind uU möglich.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Terrasse, Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmern (eines mit 1.60m breitem Bett, eines derzeit mit Kinderbett, ein 1.40m breites Bett kann zusätzlich bereitgestellt werden) und kann daher auch als WG oder für Familien genutzt werden (Kindersitze etc gibt es auch). Das Wohnzimmer und eines der Schlafzimmer sowie die Terrasse gehen auf den Garten hinaus und sind sehr ruhig.
Wir freuen uns über nette Leute, die unsere Wohnung nutzen und sich auch um unsere Pflanzen kümmern. Bei Interesse bitte einfach melden. Online Besichtigungen sind jederzeit möglich!
Die Miete ist 1200€/Monat. Darin inkludiert sind Miete, BK, Gas+Strom, Internet. Für Juli beträgt die Miete 400€

We are subletting our apartment from 1st of May until 10th of July 2025 and are looking for nice tenants who will take care of our plants. Shorter terms are also possible. The apartment consists of a big eat-in kitchen, living room and terrace, bathroom (with bathtub) and two rooms (one with a fixed bed, the other one with a child’s bed, a second bed with 1,40m width can be added too). The two rooms are seperatly accessible so the flat is suitable for roommates or a family (children seats etc are included). One bedroom, the living room and the terrace are looking into the garden and are very quiet.
The rent is 1200€/month and includes rent/gas and electricity/internet. The rent for July is 400€
