Small flat ideal for a single person will become available for a couple of months -with some flexibility- at the start of the year.
The bed is raised so its closer to 2.5 rooms.
Bedroom faces inner courtyard and is very quiet.
Decent internet.
The kitchen is small and very basic. Will probably not be a good fit if you are into cooking elaborate meals.
The apartment does not have a lift so if you have mobility issues this is also not a good place for you.
There will be more than enough space to store clothes. Aside from that, the flat will stay as is ;)
The one crucial condition is that the plants should be watered once a week.
The 20th district is adjacent to the 2nd and the 9th and about a 25 minute walk to the 1st district
Its about a 6 minute walk to Fridensbrucke U4 which takes you to: Schwedenplatz in 5 minutes or Kettenbruckengasse in 12.
Its a minute walk to the 5 tram and the 31.
You would be about 5 minute walk to the Kanal and equally distant from Augarten.
There will be a short window to view the flat between 28th december and early Jan.
I like my neighbours and they like me. Therefore its definitely not a party flat.
