The apartment is located in a quiet, pleasant area with good access to public transportation, shopping facilities, and everything you need for daily life. The apartment is very quiet and bright on the 5th floor, with windows facing the courtyard.

Transportation:
The apartment is in a prime location near Hochstädtplatz, with excellent connections to public transport (tram lines 2 & 31, bus 37A, and U6 subway station Dresdner Straße).

Hello future roommate!

I am Andreas, 34, originally from Carinthia and looking for a nice person to establish a cozy community. In my former career I was a driving instructor, but life is full of twists – now I am in a retrain to the software developer at the FH-Technikum.

I am a very cumbersome person, who upestimates the value of rest and a mindful one. Order and cleanliness are important to me, but I'm not a fan of rigid cleaning plans. Instead, I prefer a natural division of household tasks. In my spare time, I am active athletic, like going boulders or visiting concerts. I appreciate nice conversations, for example in the evening with a cozy glass of wine or beer. By the way, I'm in a happy relationship and my partner is back and forth to visit, just as I sometimes am with her.

What I'm thinking:
I'm looking for roommates who appreciate a harmonious coexistence. Every now and again I find great cooking and shopping, but everyone should have their free space. Important to me is open communication – everything can be resolved in a good conversation. ;
