- Grosse Küche (15m2), Wohnzimmer (20 m2), Schlafzimmer (13m2), Badezimmer (3m2), Gang und separate Toilette.
- Prinzipiell würde die Wohnung möbliert vermietet, bestens ausgestattet(!). Es ist allerdings nach Absprache auch möglich, einige Möbel zu entfernen.

- Big kitchen (15m2), Living Room (20 m2), Sleeping Room (13m2), Bathroom (3m2), a hall and a separate toilet.
- Fully furnished - you only need a toothbrush :) On the other hand, if you prefer that some furniture is removed, this is also possible.
- 16ter Bezirk, direkt am Yppenplatz (viele Cafes, etc).
- Fenster südlich ausgerichtet (ausser Schlafzimmer), dadurch sehr hell.
- Durch Lage am Platz keine direkten Nachbarn gegenüber.
- Sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel:
- Straßenbahn 44, eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt, fährt in ca. 10 Minuten direkt zum Schottentor (Uni Wien)
- Straßenbahnen 2, 43 and 46, erreichbar in ca. 5 Minuten
- UBahn U6, Station Josefstädter Strasse, ca. 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt

- Subway U6, 5 minutes from the apartment
