Location
The apartment is very bright and spacious. The living room is large and gets several hours of sunlight, especially in the morning. The large dining table in the living room can also be wonderfully used as a workspace. There is plenty of space on the sofa to relax and unwind in the evening.
The kitchen offers everything you need, from a microwave, toaster, and oven to a kettle and even a rice cooker (my personal favorite gadget). The toilet and bathroom are separate, with the latter offering a spacious shower and a large mirror.
The bedroom faces the courtyard, making it wonderfully quiet and cozy.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und bekommt vor allem vormittags einige Sonnenstunden. Der große Esstisch im Wohnzimmer kann auch wunderbar als Arbeitsplatz verwendet werden. Auf dem Sofa ist viel Platz, um sich gut auszuruhen und gemütlich den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, von Mikrowelle, Toaster und Backrohr bis hin zum Wasserkocher und sogar einem Reiskocher (mein persönliches Lieblings-Gadget). Klo und Bad sind getrennt, letzteres bietet eine geräumige Dusche und einen großen Spiegel. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, daher ist es wunderbar ruhig und gemütlich.
The location is unique in Vienna. The Stuwerviertel is currently experiencing a significant influx of new residents and is establishing itself as a trendy district in Vienna. This is partly due to its close proximity to the Prater, Vienna's green lung. It's a beautiful and vast park where you can do everything from relaxing, walking, and eating ice cream to practicing yoga, Qigong, beach volleyball, etc. (you name it). Additionally, there is also an amusement park, which you only notice if you want to.
Just around the corner is Ilgplatz with its nice cafés and bars. The WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) is a 5-minute walk away. In 2 minutes, you can reach the U2 Messe-Prater station, from where you can get anywhere and be in the city center within a few stops. The U1 Vorgartenstraße station is also less than a 10-minute walk away.
Die Lage ist einzigartig in Wien. Das Stuwerviertel erlebt momentan einen großen Zuzug und etabliert sich in Wien als trendiger Stadtteil. Dies hat unter anderem auch mit der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Prater zu tun, Wiens grüner Lunge. Ein wunderschöner und riesiger Park, wo man alles tun kann, von entspannen, spazieren gehen und Eis essen bis hin zu Yoga, Qigong, Beach Volleyball etc. (you name it). Außerdem befindet sich hier auch gleich der Freizeitpark, von dem man allerdings nur was mitbekommt, wenn man das auch will.
Direkt um die Ecke ist der Ilgplatz mit seinen netten Cafés und Bars. Die WU ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 2 Minuten ist man bei der U2 Station Messe-Prater, von wo aus man überall hinkommt und in wenigen Stationen mitten im Zentrum ist. Auch die U1 Station Vorgartenstraße ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
