The apartment is fully furnished and offers:
a gas oven and an electric stove,
a bathtub with shower,
a separate toilet and
two separate rooms.
In the house there is a laundry cellar with a large washing machine and a dryer. The washing is washed and dried within 1.5 hours.

The apartment is NOT WG-suited and therefore ideal for singles or couples.
