Dear interested in looking for a reliable intermediate tenant (or roommate),
am straight in Vienna and look now for 01.03., 15.03. 0der 01.04.2025 a fully equipped accommodation from which I can work online in spring and summer 2024 - therefore need fast, stable internet.
Since I've been out of my car for 12 years, the proximity to a high-speed train station is important to me if the apartment is not central anyway.
With over 100 positive ratings at airbnb since 2017, I bring a lot of experience in the careful handling of facilities in hospitable accommodation. Accordingly, travel is one of my favorite activities. :
In 2024 I have already experienced a wonderful summer in Vienna and would like to be here in the coming year 4-7 months. I am still six days on site (in Vösendorf), so I hope to find my next Viennese stay before Christmas.
