Apartment sought from flexible Wohnung gesucht ab flexibel

Hello!

My name is Katja, I am 24 and I am looking for an apartment / 1 room apartment in Vienna.

Just to me:
I come from Upper Austria and have just completed my acting training in Munich. So now there are applications for theatre etc. This is what I work as an actress, so to speak, and let's see what happens in Vienna. Otherwise, I also have another job, so there is a fixed income. I am a rather quiet person and already had my own apartment in Munich, so this is no longer a new country. I currently live in a WG and would like to have my own apartment.

To the apartment:
The rent should not be higher than 500, and I would be ready to go up there if everything else fits. The main good connection to the open and central would also be nice. I am a very decent and clean person and paying the rent on time is for me of course.
Since I currently live in an apartment where I have neither balcony nor garden, a balcony would be a dream for me. I am completely flexible. It would be ideal for summer / autumn 2025. I am still bound to Munich by April, and I would be flexible.
I would also like a nice, well-kept apartment.

Mein Name ist Katja, ich bin 24 und bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung / 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Wien.

Kurz zu mir:
Ich komme aus Oberösterreich und habe gerade meine Schauspielausbildung in München abgeschlossen.Jetzt stehen also Bewerbungen an Theater usw. an. Dementsprechen bin ich sozusagen als Schauspielerin tätig, mal schauen was sich in Wien ergibt. Ansonsten habe ich aber auch einen anderen Job, also ist ein fixes Einkommen vorhanden. Ich bin ein eher ruhiger Mensch und hatte in München auch schon eine eigene Wohnung, das ist also kein Neuland mehr. Ich wohne aktuell in einer WG und würde mir nun eine eigene Wohnung wünschen.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Miete sollte nicht höher als 500 sein wobei ich da bereit wäre hochzugehen wenn alles andere passt. Hauptsache gute Anbindung zu den Öffis und zentral wäre auch schön. Ich bin ein sehr ordentlicher und sauberer Mensch und pünktlich die Miete zu zahlen ist für mich selbstverständlich.
Da ich aktuell in einer Wohnung wohne wo ich weder Balkon noch Garten habe, wäre ein Balkon ein Traum für mich. Einzugsdatum bin ich komplett flexibel. Ideal wäre es zum Sommer/Herbst 2025. Bis April bin ich noch an München gebunden, ab dann wäre ich flexibel.
Ich würde mir auch eine schöne, gepflegte Wohnung wünschen.
