I am a clean, fair, reliable and pleasant person who is looking for a small apartment for short-term rental/sublet up to about 31.07.2025/15.08.2025.
I will start a new position in a management position in Vienna from March 2025.
A regulated income is thus guaranteed.
Nevertheless, the rent should not exceed 750€ at all costs.
I currently live and work in Germany and come to Vienna at the earliest in February 2025.
I'm looking for an apartment if possible in 2,3,4,5,6 or 11,22 district.
Dreamlike would of course be a location close to the green Prater of the old Danube etc.
It would be important for me to have a good transport connection and a furnished apartment.
It would also be important for me to register my second residence there.
I am clean, orderly, ambitious, open, friendly, communicative.
